Great experiment! Paper towels are truly addictive – way to get the monkey off your back. Love the idea of different color towels for different functions. I’m trying to switch us to cloth dinner napkins instead of using paper towels with every meal (which are less than classy anyway), and what I love about white linens is that I can bleach the heck out of ‘em. Green? probably not. Satisfying? absolutley
